At Fallbrook Pilates all of our instructors have had extensive training in all apparatus and mat work, experience working with special and unique conditions and with all ages of clientel. We strive to design a program specific to each individuals needs -addressing whatever issues they may have, back or shoulder pain, hip or knee replacements, lack of flexibility or loss of balance.
